Foreigners bought a total of 11,036 condo units, an increase of 3.1% from the same period last year.

In comparison, Thais purchased 72,173 condo units in this same period.

Therefore foreigners account for around 13.5% of all condos purchased in this period.

Total condo purchase value by foreigners was 51.458 billion baht, a decrease of 1.5% compared to the same period last year.

In comparison, condo purchase value by Thais was 161.295 billion baht in this same period.

Therefore foreigners account for around 24.37% of all condo purchase value in this period.
